C. William Bechman

C. William Bechman, president of the Heart & Soul Charitable Fund, is the Director of Human Resources at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Bill holds the SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and is an adjunct professor at the College teaching SHRM, Society for Human Resources Management classes to prepare HR professionals for the certification exam. He is a consultant with SBW Partners, Inc. specializing in process improvement and services administration for nonprofit organizations. Bill is a past president of the congregation of All Souls Church. He served as chair of the All Souls AIDS Task Force when it received a national award for Outstanding AIDS Ministry.  Bill lives with his spouse, Tom, in Riverdale, New York.
