Judy Chang

Judy Chang is Secretary of Heart & Soul Charitable Fund, Inc. She works in the Office of the Group President & COO, Marsh & McLennan Companies, the premier global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in risk, strategy and human capital. Through its market leading brands - Marsh, Mercer, Guy Carpenter, and Oliver Wyman - over 52,000 colleagues in more than 100 countries help clients identify, plan for and respond to critical business issues and risks.

Judy began her career as foreign exchange/money market trader and later derivatives in New York and London. A volunteer Girl Scout leader in East Harlem, an organizer of Chinese New Year celebrations, a leader of Zen meditation classes, a patron of Musica Viva, Judy is a member of the Unitarian Church of All Souls and served as President of the Board of Trustees in 2006. She is an ordained minister and conducts wedding ceremonies in Chinese and English. Judy is active in animal rescue through NYC Animal Care and Control, The Doomed Dog Rescue Club and Labs4Rescue.

Judy was born in Taiwan, graduated from University of Toronto with a BS in Chemistry and an MBA from the Queen's University in Canada. Judy and Steve, an entertainment lawyer, reside in Manhattan and Kingston, NY with Nora (tortoiseshell Persian) and Casey Grace (yellow Labrador Retriever).
