Jeff Friedlander

Jeffrey D. Friedlander serves as First Assistant Corporation Counsel in the administration of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and in 2004 received the New York State Bar Association's Award for Excellence in Public Service. He is also the mayor's appointee to the Watershed Protection and Partnership Council and a member of the Board of Directors of the WTC Captive Insurance Company. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Youth Services Opportunity Project, a non-profit corporation that provides opportunities for high school and college students to serve the homeless community. A lifelong New Yorker, Jeff is a graduate of the New York University School of Law. He and his wife, Marjory K. Friedlander, reside in Boerum Hill and have one daughter, Julia.
