- Albert Herter
Albert Herter
Albert Herter was born in San Francisco and raised in New York City. He returned to San Francisco to attend the San Francisco Art Institute. There he ran, for six months, the Hates Valley Art Market, an experimental avant-garde art space, and had two solo shows at the office of Matt Gonzalez, president of the SF Board of Supervisors. He has recently returned to New York to continue his work. He is also one of the founding members of the San Francisco Collage collective and the New York Chapter, a loose knit group of people from diverse backgrounds who gather to make collages. His work can be seen at sfcollagecollective.wordpress.com.
