Linda Adato

Linda Adato was born in England and studied at Hornsey College of Art. She immigrated to the United States in 1962 and studied at the University of California at Los Angeles, where she received a MA degree in Art Education. She has exhibited her prints throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Her work is included in the collections of the Achenbach Foundation for Graphic Arts of The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, British Museum, DeCordova Museum, Duxbury Art Complex Museum, Corcoran Gallery of Art, Mississippi Museum of Art, New York Public Library and other public and private collections. Among her awards are those from the National Academy of Design, NYC, Boston Printmakers, Audubon Artists and the Center for Contemporary Printmaking, Norwalk, CT. Linda Adato is currently president of SAGA, The Society of American Graphic Artists. Her work can be seen at lindaadato.com.
