St. Paul's Center is an independent community mental health center, managed by psychiatric nurse practitioners. Their mission statement:
- care for individuals who suffer from serious and persistent mental illness
- foster collaboration and trust
- deliver comprehensive and continuous mental health care
- help to divert homelessness, prevent needless hospitalization and incarceration
